HRIS advisory · Software publishing

I do not hand over a document. I hand over a working system.

Consulting on the large HR platforms, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft, and software I design and run myself. One practitioner, accountable from the workshop to production.

01

Advisory

I work inside the platform: configuration, data, interfaces, payroll and the decisions that hold them together. When a build slips, I am the person who opens the system.

Currently engaged on the SAP SuccessFactors programme of LVMH.

Platforms

SAP SuccessFactors

Employee Central, position management, time and compensation, and the data model underneath. Deep work on payroll interfaces.

Oracle HCM Cloud

Core HR and workforce structures, fast formula and HDL loads, extracts for finance and payroll consumers.

PeopleSoft HCM

Legacy estates that still run payroll every month: maintenance, extraction, and the road out toward cloud.

Engagements

  1. A.01

    Deployment

Design workshops to go live, including cutover, hypercare and handover to the internal team.

  2. A.02

    Data management

Migration, duplicate detection, mass correction, controlled loads and an audit trail that holds up.

  3. A.03

    Integrations

Payroll, finance, identity and learning systems, file based or API based, monitored, failure handled by design.

  4. A.04

    Payroll

Interfaces, retroactivity, control reports and reconciliation, in local and outsourced setups.

  5. A.05

    Transformation

Target operating model, harmonisation across countries, and sequencing that keeps a programme deliverable.

Products

Not a catalogue. The software is the proof: advisory without execution is only an opinion.

In preparation

Two further applications are in build, one consumer facing and one for HR teams. I will name them when they are live, not before.

03

Evidence

A career, not a season

I have worked on the same family of HR platforms long enough to have seen them upgraded, replaced and inherited.

Enterprise scale

Large groups and multi entity organisations, where a data error reaches payroll the same month.

Worldwide perimeters

Global scopes across regions and legal entities at once, local requirements against central governance.

Two working languages

Workshops, documentation and delivery in English and French, with the same precision in both.
